Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Nairobi, heading southwest toward the legendary Masai Mara National Reserve, renowned for its vast plains teeming with wildlife and its role in the annual Great Migration. Arrive in time for a delicious lunch at Zebra Plains Camp, a luxury tented camp located close to the heart of the Mara. After some rest, head out on your first afternoon game drive—a chance to spot lions, elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, and many more. Return to the camp as the sun sets for dinner and overnight stay.

This afternoon drive offers stunning landscapes as you ascend to the Ngorongoro highlands, with a chance to spot Masai herders and wildlife along the way. Arrive at Pakulala Safari Camp, perched at the edge of the crater, just in time for a scenic sundowner.

Today, rise early and descend 2,000 feet to the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater, often called the Eighth Wonder of the World. This natural sanctuary is home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including the elusive black rhino, lions, elephants, hippos, and a variety of birds.
Enjoy an unforgettable morning game drive, followed by a picnic lunch near the hippo lake. After lunch, ascend the crater walls and begin your journey back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon around 5:00 PM. Drop-off will be at your hotel or Kilimanjaro International Airport, depending on your travel plans.
