Day 1: Nairobi – Ol Pejeta Conservancy (Sweetwaters)
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or after pick-up from your Nairobi hotel, your safari begins with a scenic drive northward toward the Laikipia region, passing through Kenya’s central highlands with views of lush tea and coffee plantations. Arrive at Ol Pejeta Conservancy, a leading wildlife conservancy and sanctuary for endangered species, in time for lunch at Comfort Gardens Sweetwaters. Later in the afternoon, head out on a game drive within the conservancy. Ol Pejeta is home to the last two northern white rhinos, and you’ll also have the chance to see lions, elephants, chimpanzees, and the endangered Grevy’s zebra. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay, surrounded by the serene African wilderness.

Day 2: Ol Pejeta – Lake Nakuru National Park
After a hearty breakfast at 7:00 AM, depart Ol Pejeta and head southwest through the Rift Valley escarpment toward Lake Nakuru National Park. Enjoy the scenic drive as you descend into the valley with picturesque views and occasional sightings of local wildlife along the way. Arrive at Flamingo Hill Camp in time for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a spiced-up game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its vibrant birdlife, especially pink flamingoes that line the shores of the lake. The park is also a rhino sanctuary and a great place to spot white rhinos, lions, leopards, and Rothschild’s giraffes. Return to camp in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara National Reserve
After a relaxed breakfast, depart at 7:00 AM for the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve. This scenic drive takes you past beautiful countryside, rural towns, and rolling hills before you enter the wide, open plains of the Mara ecosystem—part of the greater Serengeti ecosystem and home to the Great Wildebeest Migration. Arrive at Ashnil Mara Camp in time for lunch and some rest. In the late afternoon, embark on a game drive in the reserve. Look out for the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino—as well as cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and a host of antelope species. Return to your luxury tented camp for a delicious dinner and overnight stay, surrounded by the sounds of the wild.

Day 4: Full Day Safari in Masai Mara
After an early breakfast, enjoy a full day safari in the Masai Mara, complete with a packed picnic lunch to allow maximum time in the wild. Explore various areas of the reserve, following migration paths or searching for predators and their prey. Visit the Mara River, especially during migration season, where dramatic river crossings take place as wildebeests and zebras brave crocodile-infested waters. This is also one of the best places to spot hippos and Nile crocodiles. In the evening, return to Ashnil Mara Camp for dinner and overnight stay, sharing stories of the day’s sightings around the campfire.

Day 5: Masai Mara – Nairobi (End of Safari)

You will be dropped off at your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, marking the end of your unforgettable Kenyan safari adventure.
